Tracking an order
Order Progress
You can check the progress of your order at anytime from your 'My Account'. From here you can view all your recent orders and your whole order history within the My Orders section. The status column displays the progress of your order as follows:
- Processing - Order has been recieved and is now being processed and ready for despatch.
- Partially despatched - You maye see this on multiple books orders when the immediate despatch option has been selected.
- Despatched - All books ordered are now despatched enroute.
- Completed - After estimated delivery date has passed and 7 working days cooling off period has passed.
Tracking
To track the parcel, login into your My Account, then select the order concerned. If your item has been dispatched by courier, locate the tracking number and carrier used within the order notes. Make a note of the tracking number and then click on the tracking number - you will be taken to one of the following sites to enter the tracking number:
