Tracking a return

To track the progress of your return first login into your My Account, then look underneath the 'My Orders' section you will see the returns section. From here you can view your recent returns. The status column displays the progress of your return as follows:

• Processing - Notification has been received from you and the return procedure is underway.
• Refunded - Displayed when the item has been received, checked and the refund issued.
• Not accepted - Displayed in the unlikely event that a return was not in accordance to our terms and conditions and has been rejected.
