Refund and return policy


Cancellation

Xultbooks.com Medical Bookshop always hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to cancel your order, we operate a 7 working day no questions asked policy after you receive your item, to cancel. A full refund will be given, excluding the return delivery costs, within 30 days of cancellation. We ask that you:

  • Advise us up to 7 working days starting the day after recieving the item, that you wish to cancel your order.
  • Please return the item within 28 days of our returns confirmation email.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with the item.
  • Please take reasonable care and pack the item well, in the original packaging if possible to avoid damage or loss while being returned.

Please note: If the original item has not been returned to us within 28 days, we will assume that you have accepted the goods and you will be charged for original goods. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Items damaged in transit or incorrect item received

If you've received a damaged or an incorrect item, please advise us up to 7 working days starting the day after receiving the item. You can either opt to replace the item like for like, or alternatively you may wish to request a full refund.

A full refund will be given including the return delivery costs within 30 days of your request. If you require a like for like replacement, we will refund you the return delivery cost and a replacement will be provided to you as soon as we can. We ask that you:

  • Advise us up to 7 working days starting the day after recieving the item, that you wish to return the item stating reason and preferred resolution.
  • Please return of the item within 28 days of our returns confirmation email.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice with the item.
  • Please take reasonable care and pack the item well, in the original packaging if possible to avoid damage or loss while being returned.

Please note: If the original item has not been returned to us within 28 days, we will assume that you have accepted the goods and you will be charged for original goods. Faulty or defective item

In the unlikely event that you receive a fault or defective item, please advise us up to 7 working days starting the day after recieving the item. If the 'cooling off period' has passed, we will always honor the manufacture's warrantee period where applicable, so we ask that you always keep any warrantee documentation as this will be needed if there is a fault. Please:

  • Advise us up to 7 working days starting the day after recieving the item.
  • If the 7 days have passed, please contact us regarding the manufacture's warrantee period where applicable.
  • Always include a copy of the invoice with the item.
  • Please take reasonable care and pack the item well, in the original packaging if possible to avoid damage or loss while being returned.

Please note: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, it is sometimes quicker and easier if you contact the manufacturer directly, especially if the item is electronic media as they will be better equipped to provide you with the product support you will need. If the original item has not been returned to us within 28 days, we will assume that you have accepted the goods and you will be charged for original goods. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Electronic media returns

This policy does not include perishable items such as sealed audio, video recordings or computer software of any type if they have been unsealed or opened as stated in our terms and conditions of sale.
