How we deliver your orders
We don't take chances with our customers orders by using the second rate delivery options. We've chosen delivery options that make it as easy as possible for you to receive exactly what you've ordered, how and when you want it. We use the following premium services for all orders:
UK Standard deliveries: Royal Mail First Class
(Currently Free on all orders!)
- Please allow upto 1-2 days for delivery this is not a guaranteed next day service.
- If you miss a delivery, you can collect it from your local post office up to 3 weeks later before being return to Xultbooks.com.
- There maybe instances when we send your order via ANC couriers at no extra cost to you. This may be due to your location, the weight or size of the parcel.
- You can track ANC deliveries online. To track your order see Tracking an order.
- Being a signed for service, a signature is always needed meaning extra security and care
UK Express deliveries: Initial City Link
- Guaranteed next day courier delivery between 0900 and 1730 (after despatch).
- You can track your delivery online. To track your order see Tracking an order.
- If you miss a delivery you can arrange a free re-delivery on a convenient day within working hours. This must be within 5 days of the first delivery attempt. A card will be left with instructions.
- You can also collect your order from one of 72 locations nation wide. Your order for 5 calendar days before returning it to xultbooks.com.
- On request we can also arrange Next morning by 09:00am, 10:30am, 12:00pm, Special delivery by 1:00pm or next afternoon by 17:30. Additional charges apply.
EU Standard deliveries: Royal Mail Airmail
- Delivery to European destinations in 3-5 days from despatch, sometimes quicker, the average is 2.7 days. Not a guaranteed service.
- If you miss a delivery you can collect you order from your local post office. This will vary from country to country so please check with your local postal service about their policies.
EU Express deliveries: Initial City Link & TNT
- Guaranteed delivery within 1-3 days after despatch, depending on the destination country. See Delivery times.
- You can track your delivery online. To track your order see Tracking an order.
- If you miss a delivery you can arrange a free re-delivery on a convenient day within working hours. This must be within 5 days of the first delivery attempt. A card will be left with instructions.
