How to print invoices

Every time we despatch a parcel to you we include a copy of the invoice, but if this copy goes astray or should you want another copy, you can print one from your my account as follows:

• Login into My Account
• Look under My Orders and locate the order you want an invoice for
• Open the order you need an invoice for
• You will see the invoice numbers next to the items
• Press print button next to the invoice you require

From time to time you may notice multiple invoices under a single order. The main reason for this is if you selected the 'Immediate' delivery option, where your items are despatched as they become available, an invoice will be generated each time an item is despatched.
