How to cancel or change an order
In the event that you want to cancel an order, it's a good idea to read our refund and return policy first before you proceed. You can cancel an order at anytime before the order has been despatched. If you wish to cancel an order after despatch then please cancel the order though our returns procedure.
To cancel an order or an item, irrespective of the reason, the procedure is refreshingly simple. Follow these steps to ensure that your request is resolved quickly:
- Login into your My Account
- Click on the order your wish to return
- Tick item or all the items you wish to return
- Select 'Cancel' button
- This will open a new page asking the reason, description of the problem and the action you wish to take, complete this and press confirm
- A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the request
- Your return will now appear in your My Account with a status of 'Cancelled'.
Alternatively you can contact us via email on customercare@xultbooks.com stating the:
- Order number
- Item concerned
- Reason for cancelling
- Your preferred contact method
We will then contact you directly to assist you in canceling the item.
