You can quickly and easily submit your medical conference by using our submit conference page, alternatively you can contact us directly. Once we have all the details we need, we'll add the conference for you.

You can not add images into the body of your conference using the submit conference page. If you need to, you can upload images as part of your delegate pack or contact us and we can add them for you.

Yes you can. Belongs the links are related to your conference and you have the permission of those sites to do so, you are welcome to link to external sites.

Please see our user added content terms and conditions. You can add the following detail to your conference:
- Add your logo (a jpeg or GIF file)
- Basic conference information such as dates, times, location, speakers etc
- Overview of the conference
- Your contact details including a
web link to your site
- Conference Programme - upload a file, insert an image or add a programme
- Delegate pack - upload a complete delegate pack of up to 10 files. You could include:
- registration & Abstract submission forms
- podcasts & Posters
- abstracts (after the conference)
- travel information
- promotional material such as podcasts of a previous session or abstracts
- session presentation materials
- Set up your conference blog - a unique blog for each conference - this can be modified to meet your preferences, choose to enable or disable comments from delegates etc. Use the conference blog to:
- get feedback from delegates, enable delegates to discuss and comment on topics, share content freely for the benefit of the wider medical community to generate interest in your work, continue discussion sessions, perform research, keep delegates up-to-date with new or future events, promote your course to potential future delegates, post your abstracts
We encourage you to add as much content for delegates and potential delegates as you can. The more content you add the more useful your listing will be and interest it will generate

You can upload up to 10 files for your delegate pack. This can be a programme or a travel map for instance. You can use any format of file but we would recommend you use formats that browsers will easily be able to open such as PDF, JPEG or Word documents.

We welcome advertisers. We can place your ads throughout our main pages. Various rates apply dependant on location and the time the ad runs for. Please contact paul@xultbooks.com for further details.

Presently you can not edit your listing once it has been listed. This is why it is very important to check your listing before you submit it. You can however ask us to amend your listing by either emailing us on customercare@xultbooks.com or calling on +44 (0)1474 556357.

The amount of commission generated is based on an overall discount ratio and the quantity of books sold through the conference.

How many conferences can I add?
There's no limit to the number of conferences you can add. Please check and make sure the conference is not already listed before you submit a new conference. Duplicates will be deleted.

You can list your conference up to 4 years in advance.

A conference remains accessible for a year after the finishing date.

This is an optional service. You could also list the information required on your website with a link to your conference listing. Alternatively we can email instructions to delegates on your behalf. You are of course welcome to simply utilise the online service and blog without our book service.

We'd be delighted and encourage you to do so. This will help your members more easily find our medical conference centre if our printed highlights are not available.

At the top of the medical conference home page is a search box. You can search either by:
- the conference name
- specialty (dermatology, surgery, nursing etc)
- location
- conference code (the digits in blue next to conference name)
- or speaker
You can search by any of these criteria as well as by date.

A conference will remain in the normal lsitings for up to 35 days afer the end date. After which it will move to archieved conference.

The promo code will either be supplied by your conference organizer or within our online catalogue highlights flyer (the code is printed on low half of the third page). When you've selected a book you wish to buy, add the book to your basket by pressing the 'buy' button. Now go to checkout and complete the checkout registration screen, then you will come to the checkout delivery screen.
At the bottom of the checkout delivery screen you will notice a space for a promo code - enter you promo code here and press continue. You will now see that the special conference discount has now been applied for you. The promo code remains valid 35 days after the conference ends.

You can only obtain a special conference discount on titles included within your conference book catalogue.

Simply click on the link and a new window will open asking you if you wish to open or save the file you have selected. Choose the save option to download the file to your computer.

Each conference has a blog or a number of blogs attached to it by means of a 'label'. When a blog is created, the author or blogger can choose to apply labels to their blog(s).
To find your conference blog, simply search for an find your conference within the medical conference centre. Click on the conference name or logo and you will see that particular conference 'home page'. Under the blog section you can see all the blogs attached to this particular conference.

A blogger can choose to allow or disable comments on their blog. So depending on their preference, this will determine whether you can comment on a particular blog. If the blogger or author of a blog has enabled comments, then you will see a 'comment' option under each post. By clicking on this link you can add your comment.
